Having served in senior executive roles within several multinational organizations, his deep technical knowledge and commitment to quality laid the foundation for Karthik Polymers. Guided by his philosophy— “Small-Scale People with Large-Scale Technology”—the company gained recognition for delivering high-precision rubber components for automotive engineering and medical devices, including oil seals, O-rings, custom-engineered rubber parts, silicone rubber products, and gaskets for disposable syringes.
